Cer­ti­fi­ca­tions

Donlen Cor­po­ra­tion has imple­mented three vehi­cle cer­ti­fi­ca­tions in order to enable fleet man­agers and dri­vers to select the most fuel-efficient and envi­ron­men­tally friendly vehicles:

Fac­tor­ing in cus­tomers’ busi­ness needs and vehi­cle appli­ca­tion, Donlen Corporation’s GreenKey Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion pro­vides fleets and dri­vers per­son­al­ized recog­ni­tion that their fleet vehi­cles are mak­ing the most sig­nif­i­cant impact in decreas­ing emissions.

In addi­tion to Donlen’s GreenKey Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, we have part­nered with The Envi­ron­men­tal Pro­tec­tion Agency’s (EPA) Smart­Way to fur­ther iden­tify vehi­cles that have the high­est green stan­dards available.

Smart­Way is an estab­lished resource to help dri­vers save fuel, resources and the envi­ron­ment. Through Smart­Way, each vehi­cle receives both an air pol­lu­tion and green house score, with rat­ings of 1–10 — with 1 being the most pol­lu­tants emitted.

A Smart­Way des­ig­na­tion is given to a vehi­cle rated as 6 or bet­ter on both scores and hav­ing a com­bined score of at least thirteen.

A Smart­Way Elite des­ig­na­tion is given to a vehi­cle with a rat­ing of 9 or bet­ter on both scores. An Elite des­ig­na­tion is con­sid­ered the best envi­ron­men­tal per­former, based on SmartWay’s assess­ment criteria.

FleetWeb: Avail­able through the Vehi­cle Opti­miza­tion Model (VOM), Life­cy­cle Cost Cal­cu­la­tor, and Vehi­cle Selec­tor Man­age­ment the cer­ti­fi­ca­tion pro­vides fleet man­agers the best options by vehi­cle categories.

Donlen Dri­ver Order­ing : Allows dri­vers to view and com­pare envi­ron­men­tally friendly options to make the most informed vehi­cle selec­tion decision.

Coolfleets.com: As part of Donlen Corporation’s part­ner­ship with the Cool­Ci­ties Cam­paign these cer­ti­fi­ca­tions are also avail­able to both dri­vers and fleet man­agers in pub­lic domain.
